at ESC Region 12, but what separates Shane from other technical folks are his marketing skills. I am

constantly amazed in the ways that Shane promotes ESC Region 12 at a national level and how often their

name comes up across the country. Shane likes the technical side of his job, but dare I say he loves the

marketing aspect of it and is probably a salesperson at heart
