information currency/reports, and providing quality data excelling in all four external audits.
Prepared first proper reports to Board of Directors with documentation for financials, budgets, and projects

Reduced over 90 day Account Receivables balance by $40k and reduced annual writeoffs from $30k to $10k.
Reconciled 11 bank/investment accounts and managed account payables without penalties or charges as previously
suffered. Improved financial standing and Accounts Payable currency with 227 vendors.
Implemented employee Direct Deposit pay, Small Purchase Card program, business cell phones.
Focused efforts to successfully complete new employee handbook, revised job descriptions, first counselling
program, oncall maintenance, and formal professional development schooling of subordinates.

established record keeping practices, relocated key personnel to updated Robinson Terrace facility.
Established formal inventory control system reducing theft/misuse of supplies and improving resource

Achieved LOCCS (Line of Credit Control Systems) Officer status for the approval of HUD grant and operating
