JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Preparation of daily production plan according to requirement given by marketing.
Programming for daily consumption of raw materials requirement.
Preparation of daily production & machine net utilization reports.
Monitoring & optimization of standard cycle time of different running products.
Involve in mould changing & mould setting on the machine.
Attending process trouble shooting & quality issues of running products.
Reporting to mould problem & machine problems to respective department.

Tracking the completion of non-conformity & eradication of non-conformance process by implementing the use of CAPA (Corrective action & Preventive action) to avoid non conformances
Prioritizing the scrap percentage reduction in accordance with the production
Preparation of operators & supervisors monthly shift schedule.
Reporting to and getting instruction from vice- president of operation.
