Lead, trained and mentored Team of 4 automation script developers, managed their daily activity, provided technical supervision and coordination of development and test execution process. Communicated with management, provided LOE for all ongoing tasks, negotiated time frame and task prioritization for deliverables, participated in resource hiring process.

Designed and developed unique 24/7 self-recoverable Automation Framework for Test Data Creation and Functional/Regression Testing along with extended drillable HTML execution report for large and complex IBM CURAM based application (SAMS).

Built and tuned-up Automation Lab with 20 PC controlled by custom designed JAVA controller for uninterruptable continuous 24/7 simultaneous execution.
