Developed and executed a formal learning and development program focused on current organizational skill gaps. This increased the organizations ability to meet strategic objectives and grow a pipeline of future talent.

Designed and deployed a new hire onboarding program aimed at getting new hires acclimated quickly to their role and the organization. The outcome was an increase in productivity and new hire engagement.

Designed and deployed employee engagements events and programs focused on raising the level of engagement and performance resulting in a high performing work culture.
