New Mould development coordination. Design preparation by Auto CAD, UG & CoCreate.

Detailing for machined components and applying GD&T symbols.

Modification & rectification in all existing Mould.

Development of jig and fixture as per requirements.

Maintenance & trouble shooting of molds and on process related activities.

Co-ordination with production department

Spare management and Review.

Preventive Maintenance according to schedule.

Mould Break down Maintenance online and offline.

Assembly HRS Systems.

Break down analysis, PPSR, Brain storming on it. FMEA Etc.

Planning of Mould Maintenance, Maintain History card, MTTR, MTBF, %B/D.

Maintaining 6 “S” principal & Responsible For Healthy & Good Working Condition.

KAIZEN, LEAN Manufacturing & SIX SIGMA, POKAYOKE, Continues improvement etc.

Documentation as per ISO16949 Quality management systems.

Documentation as per EHS 14001 Environment health & Safety Management systems.
