Participated in the opening and startup of a Research and Development Facility dedicated to wire and cable materials and process.

Designed, Developed and Procured polymers, fillers and all materials for rubber and plastic compounding materials.

Designed several compound/wire constructions passing and bulletined for UL and CSA approval.

Redesigned Ignition cable core/conductor using a 16-end fiberglass membrane and a conductive latex polymer coating. Received the president’s award for that accomplishment.

Upgraded silicone polymer jacket coverings for aftermarket ignition cable.

Authorized and implemented the ISO 9000 Quality System for a major air tank Manufacturer in South Bend, Indiana.
