Accountable for directing the administration of benefits for Howard University Hospital, including Civil Service Federal Benefits (CSRS). Responsible for the planning, development, coordination and administration of staff operations associated with Howard University Hospital Employee Benefit’s Plans.

Coordinates benefits and determines retirement eligibility of Hospital and Civil Service employees.

Adeptly conducts Benefits Calculations, Benefits Estimates, and Federal Government (CSRS) Retirement Planning.

Maximizes the homogenous integration of departmental efficiency Plans, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the work of division staff. Oversees human capital and financial resources.
