Prioritizes and manages the Chief’s calendar, contacted visitors and staff, sets up meetings on his behalf and resolves scheduling conflicts

Took notes and prepared minutes of meetings as required

Desktop publishing and posting to the internet;

Collaborated with other Administrative Assistants to ensure the flow and completion of priority organizational work

Distributed priority work across the administrative team when needed to ensure completion

Coordinated attendance and leave of absence for staff

Maintain effective filing system and manage inventory of all supplies and training documents

Various other administrative duties as required
