Ms. Mullis single handedly led a team of 23 staff members at two locations to achieve the plan set forth by the CEO. The results of her efforts in 2012 led to the company increasing sales by 30% and retention of staff members was at a high of 87%. Ms. Mullis implemented training programs to challenge staff members, and inspire growth.
