Part of a large project management team responsible for coordinating the migration of over 900 Morgan Stanley and Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney branch offices throughout the country onto the Morgan Stanley enterprise Voice/Data platform. This migration included installing new MPLS voice/data circuits, PRI services, migrating toll free/DID services as well as coordinating the removal of old legacy equipment and installation of new equipment. The voice services at the MSSB branches were also migrated off the CITI voice network and added to the Morgan Stanley network. The Morgan Stanley branches also included upgrading all voice hardware and migrating each branch from various stand-alone PBX’s onto the MS centralized Avaya voice platform.
