Directed rental operations throughout the states of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut with over $200 million in revenues and 390 employees. Responsible for P&L and developed a large profitable region, which resulted in being selected to run a premier region, Southern Pacific Zone. Led marketing and sales for all rental operations.
Accomplishments:
Performed market analysis to find 17 new locations, created business cases and proforma's.
Led the team through a natural disaster, Hurricane Sandy. After losing communication in 80% of our stores and 8 stores completely destroyed, teamed up with FEMA and the major insurance companies to service their customers. Moved 8,000 cars into the zone to support these families who lost their cars, many of whom needed to leave the area to live with family and friends.

The Hertz Corporation General Manager, L.A North / Inland Empire
January 2010 - May 2012
Led off airport operations in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire, including all rental operations, fleet, pricing, maintenance, profit and business development. Revenues exceeded $60 million in sales.
Accomplishments:
Grew ancillary sales by 9% by developing a robust training program.
Set up exclusive agreements with 12 dealerships and set up on site locations.
Set up hub and spoke channels to improve fleet efficiencies resulting in lower distribution cost.
Worked with Black Belts to set up the off airport business model.

January 2008 - December 2010
The territory generated $34 million in sales with 76 employees. Led two Area Managers and one District Manager. Developed and implemented sales programs that lead to higher profit margins.
