Leads the entire IT team in the Region serving 5 hospitals, hundreds of offices, clinics and centers over a 300 square mile service area. Works directly with 5 different executive teams overseeing all technical operations, planning and projects in the region. Additionally spearheads numerous system office projects such as service desk optimization, enterprise workforce analytics and numerous customer engagement initiatives. Director, Information Technology – University of Southern California (USC) (2013 – 2015) USC is a world renowned university with over $5B of annual revenue. USC is home to 40,000 students and over 15,000 members of the staff/faculty.

Directly responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the majority of applications within the institution servicing over 12,000 staff and researchers. Regularly collaborated with executive management and other operational leaders in road mapping and workflow optimization. Director of Informatics and Process Improvement - Torrance Radiology Medical Group (2004 – 2013) TRMG is a large radiology practice that operates out of Torrance California.
