*Support Manufacturing Services and Production with all needed measurements for FAI purposes.
*Interpreting blueprint in order to perform partial/full layouts on PPAP components.
*Performing surface texture analysis
*Calibration and Certifying Ring Masters, (“xx –“xxx”), ID / OD Masters, Cylindrical Pins, GO / NO Gages, Calipers, Micrometers, Dial Indicator and Digital Indicator.

*Identify non-conforming products services, and responsibility to shut down production process when defective parts or material are found. Effect and change(s) necessary to control and maintain Quality Standard.
*Inspects and adjusts gauges, measuring instrument and testing equipment for conformance to blue print specification.
*Verifies accuracy of gauges and measuring instruments, examines gauges or measuring instrument for wear or adjustment by using master gauges or master parts.
*Inspect dimension of parts against blueprint specification, using gauge block, micrometer, and vernier height gauge, and optical comparator and coordinate measuring machine (CMM).Reassembles gauges and adjusts stop and levers to specified settings.
*Inspect accuracy of new gauges and instruments in conformance to blue print specification before they are released for production use.
*Maintain calibration program, including scheduling and recordkeeping. Verify and ensures that the process for the QMS are implemented and maintained.
