Experience in working on J1939 CAN communications and harness design of fire truck chassis.
Schematic design of the harness with required customization is done. Mostly worked on the
electrical design of DASH tunnel, Lights and HVAC of the fire truck. Coordinated with
production and manufacturing by developing detailed installation drawings to show them how to
things needed to be installed through a complete Bill of Material (BOM).
Using AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS design topographical drawings to ensure the
design, installation and operation of the system conform to the standards and the customer
requirements.
Communicated effectively with the other engineering teams and collaborate with
production about design changes and new developments
Junior Electrical Engineer at Spartan Motors, Inc. Mar 2014 - Jan 2015 (11 months)
To implement and generate chassis harness designs for DASH tunnel, lights and HVAC as
directed by a Sr. Engineer
Design engineering solutions in accordance to customer requirements tied to distinct
timelines and scheduled milestones for both fire trucks and motor homes.
Refine drawings to capture design intent and document key aspects to accomplish
manufacturing goals of a project.
Created ECNs and BOMs using Aras during the design process.
Design and Release experience in working with choosing various connectors and
components, Harnessing and Schematics using AutoCAD. Prior Validation experience with
switches and various hardware to check their functionality and come up with troubleshooting
techniques.
Developed VBA macro-enabled program to improve efficiency in the areas of improvement in
the warranty and customer demanded fields for which I was awarded a WOW (War on Waste)
certification
Design & troubleshooting components, harnessing and schematics using AutoCAD and Solid
Works..
Central Institute of Tool Design, Intern India - Jan 2011-Apr 2011
Intern for micro controller programming
Team member to work on Accident location identification using GSM and GPS
Was one of the two team members to develop a hardware prototype for the project using the
demonstration kit
Programming of micro controller in C language to work in collaboration with the vibration
sensor. Developed on AT89S52 micro controller using Embedded C.
Was responsible for the documentation of the project and communicate the progress with timely
reports

I was responsible in construction of a hardware kit and program MC8751
M A NAGER IAL PROJECTS:
VBA MACROS simulated project which evaluates traditional budgeting techniques
Studied and worked on implementation of the 9 knowledge areas of PM required to meet project
objectives and goals
Project work on Poke-Yoke and its error proofing methods to increase the quality of the product
and improve sales and customer satisfaction.
ACADE M IC PROJECTS:
Worked in a team of three developing an autonomous robot which is programmed to work as a
Line Follower that identifies and follows a particular path using LDR sensors
Worked on a class project of Home automation using GSM where a GSM based control
system implementing the emerging applications of GSM technology by remotely allowing the
user to effectively monitor and control the house appliances via the mobile phone set up. GSM
receiver decodes the sent messages and sends the information through serial communication to
the microcontroller
