RPO Manager

Manage the Global recruitment team across different regions (India, Philippines, Mexico) – a total of 25 FTE’s. The team is composed of 2 leads and is working on both morning and night shifts

Responsible for assisting clients in Niche profiles (IT and Non IT roles) and hard to fill positions in many locations in US, Canada and Europe.

Assist clients in end to end recruitment but will depend on the signed agreement with different POC’s in different locations

Reports directly to the Global Head of Recruitment where responsible for maintaining and growing existing and new RPO Clients

Have handled clients in multiple regions, APAC, Middle East, Europe, US, Canada, Latin America)

Led different FTE based projects for several types of industries (Financial, gaming, consulting etc)

Manage Success based recruitment activities in the US and Philippines – these are for both local and international companies (BPO, Pharmaceutical, IT, Telecoms, Engineering etc. )

Responsible for account management and client coordination. This includes weekly / monthly client calls and presentations; reports generation; and building relationships

Create Process Improvement plans for different projects

Responsible for creating team KRA’s or KPI’s and make sure that the team is constantgly meeting targets

Responsible for creating presentations, daily and monthly reports sent to clients

Responsible for managing an internal applicant tracking system (in House)

Responsible to continues improvement of talent search through different channels of existing recruitment specialists

Create training and coaching plans for employee skills improvement

Hire, train, and develop key personnel and setting systems and processes for hiring, training, and employee development

Continually learn and assess what is happening in the recruitment market to improve current strategies

Recruitment Manager (Internal Recruitment)

Serves as a Recruitment Manager for in house recruitment activities for the Manila GDC.

Conduct end to end recruitment process for BPO and RPO hiring

Train new hires in Technical know-how of the account and recruitment support (as and when needed).

Assists in Internal and external recruitment needs of the company (Sourcing, interviews, scheduling till placement) – Volume hiring and placement hires

Responsible for creating and implementing standard processes for Manila GDC recruitment – online exams, forms

Responsible in advert creation, marketing and posting of open positions for Manila GDC

Involved in strategy building for recruitment efforts in Manila Center.

Business Development, Manager

Develop new business within the local market - this includes market research and analysis.

Develop database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face, cold calling business owners, direct mail, email, and networking. This include joining organizations including PMAP and IBPAP

Call prospective clients and possibly schedule a meeting to discuss services, company terms and conditions

Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.

Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations.
