Mini Project: Automatic Plant Irrigation System

This project is a simple project more useful in watering plants automatically without any human interference. We may call it as Automatic plant irrigation system. We know that people do not pour the water on to the plants in their gardens when they go to vacation or often forget to water plants. As a result, there is a chance to get the plants damaged. This project is an excellent solution for such kind of problems.

Main Project: Enhancement Of Power Quality In Distribution System By Using

D-STATCOM

This project presents the enhancement of voltage sags, Harmonic distortion and low power factor using Distribution Static Compensator (D-STATCOM) with LCL Passive Filter in Distribution system. The model is based on the Voltage Source Converter (VSC) principle. The D-STATCOM injects a current into the system to mitigate the voltage sags. LCL Passive Filter Was then added to D-STATCOM to improve harmonic distortion and low power factor. The simulations were performed using MATLAB SIMULINK.
