Senior executive experienced in Oil & Gas international and domestic projects seeks a position in Project Development / Project Management.


Experienced in project management for projects from feasibility through construction execution stages. Experienced in developing and evaluating project execution plans in accordance with client oil companies’ corporate stage gate approval systems. Experience with coordinating and developing project controls systems that include cost, schedule, procurement, vendor quality surveillance and document control to match the gate approval process. Experienced with project engineering, project management, equipment manufacturing, facility fabrication, project interface and project controls. Financial experience includes P&L responsibility, operating budgets, and project economics, earned value programs, cost reports and forecasts, contract management and schedule development. Project managed the construction of offshore production platforms, production facilities and specialty capital equipment for the oil and gas industry.

Sold major conversion asset, 7-year FPSO contract, and Project managed numerous engineering feed studies.

Power Project Developer (Polar Energy): Responsible for international power generation project development including political review, requirements assessment, generation technology review, fuel availability and types, site assessments, project financial analysis, project financing, and Power Purchase agreement and EPC contract negotiation. Raised development funding and project financing.

Business Development Manager (Waller Marine): Developed company strategy, contacted customers, prepared proposals, prepared of man-hour estimates, scheduled and reviewed projects, reviewed company invoicing, and sales and marketing administration. Sold and managed engineering services projects.

Product Development: Responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals, and preparing and supporting engineering and manufacturing estimates for offshore and marine systems. Duties included planning and implementation of exhibits for trade shows, and designing and developing sales and marketing literature.
