Re-engineered our suspension bell cranks using 3D CAD software and FEA to reduce acceleration setup time by more than half and to increase load transfer to the rear tires.

Increased our horsepower by almost double by developing a new intake plenum design while optimizing packaging under our rear aero package.

Experimented with different exhaust internal layouts and exhaust packing exposure to meet our goal of 97 decibels.

Created bill of materials and technical drawings for manufacturing and material ordering.
