Cummins is the leading manufacture of the Diesel Engine and distributes it worldwide with Company owned Distributors and dealers. Cummins Service System is an application developed on FORCE.com platform to help Distributors and dealers troubleshoot Engines using diagnostic tools integrated and help technician to find the issue and repair it. It also lets users select the parts list. Ultimately it handles Warranties and claims.

Responsibilities:

Participated in design sessions with external application teams.

Designed and developed the interface for with external application INSITE using RESTful web services.

Designed and developed the interface with Expert Diagnostic system, the knowledge management system using RESTful web services.

Designed and developed the RESTful interface between Cummins technical documents portal (Quick Serve) to help technician get the documents based on fault codes.
