Role – Manual Tester
Respite Web- Respite Web is a web Application which used to store information related to Members of Arc of Montgomery. New Members can use the application to register their details or existing members can change their profiles. It also displays the Schedule of upcoming Programs of Weekly and Monthly. Volunteers and Employees information is also displayed in the application
Responsibilities:
Performed Functional, System, and Regression testing of a web based application working in an Agile environment.
Involved in developing detailed Test Strategy, Test plan, and test cases using Quality Center for Functional and Regression Testing.
Performed Smoke Testing on the application before accepting the build for a major testing effort.
Usage of QTP’s Hybrid Framework (Keyword + Data-Driven), various GUI Check points, and Synchronization points.
Usage of Descriptive programming and VB-Script (QTP) to enhance script performance.
Mapped the custom objects to the standard objects where necessary and inserted Bitmap and Text Checkpoints where needed, to compare the current behavior of the application being tested using QTP.
