Formal Request for Quotation document was implemented with sub documents Instructions to Bidders, Supplier Equipment Data Requirements, etc. A Bid Recap was completed for the client review and suppliers selected for the Equipment Technical Review which included the recommended supplier selection. The client was informed of the supplier selection and all supporting documentation sent to them. A pre-award meeting was arranged with the recommended supplier and client to review any open technical, schedule and/or commercial issues.
oResponsible for developing a formal system for tracking equipment milestones after purchase order has been placed by client. This included equipment approval drawing review internally and by the client.

Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices. Documented and certified existing BHLDs on site. Created procedures on the design, construction, marking, testing, inspection and maintenance of over 450 BHLDs currently on site per OSHA requirements. Design and certify new BHLDs.
Created sling procedure, for slings used in lifting, to ensure that they are fabricated, marked, tested, inspected and maintained per OSHA requirements.
Developed rigging hardware procedure to ensure that commercial and non-commercial rigging devices are fabricated, marked, tested, inspected and maintained.
