PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

NPBOR: Non-Profit Back Office Resources, Albuquerque, NM August 2014 to April 2016

Consulting with businesses and non-profits to assess client’s needs in the areas of Human Resources, Office Management, Accounting and Training.

Client: PNM Resources Foundation - streamlining the Foundation grant business process and developing training documentation. Includes: month end financials, audit preparation, partnered with software developer to customize grant database and created user guides for future training.

Client: Osteoporosis Foundation of New Mexico - accounting functions for the Foundation, developed and implemented a process for new employee packets and vendor set up. Worked with Executive Director to set up a structured employee database for confidential employee files.

Client: National Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation - directed the 100% inventory of the Foundations store and revised their inventory tracking and documentation process.

Intel Corporation, Rio Rancho, NM 1987 – 2014

Intern Hiring Manager, 2010 – 2014

Directed Intel New Mexico Recruiting; staffed factory modules while working closely with Colleges and Universities throughout the U.S. to accomplish technical staffing goals.

Redesigned and streamlined the review/ hiring process previously used and improved the overall quality and retention of the hired interns.

Facilitated interviews, hiring and the orientation sessions for interns. Developed training standards which included all safety procedures, module specific classes and OSHA requirements.

Presented the company’s overall total compensation package and ensured all state and federal laws, codes and policies were followed.

Partnered with Management and Engineering to direct the development of project plans with set goals and timelines, requiring report outs at the time of departure and completed performance evaluations.

Developed a review process for both employer and employee, to enable the creation of a pipeline for returning interns or permanent employees.

Supplier Service Program Manager, 1997 - 2014

Negotiated corporate multi-million dollar service contracts, as well as, site level Scopes of Work. Managed service staffing and ensured contractual service expectations were met.

Managed ~100 supplier personnel, while maintaining the Service Financial Plan of Record and Long Range Plan for 6 factory areas. Drove continuous improvement with supplier companies and actively managed 12 supplier contracts. Main factory interface between the supplier and Intel Engineering.

Managed daily HR functions ensuring codes, policies and procedures were followed to comply with state and federal laws. Trained Intel management personnel on Co-Employment guidelines and legalities.

Organized onsite investigations with Intel Legal as the Litigation interface between the Supplier Company and Intel, for Workman’s Comp and Termination disputes.

Service Project Manager: worked with Factory Management on staffing requirements, led install meetings with suppliers and engineering to ensure new tools, relo’s and conversions stayed on schedule, coordinated supplier training with the transferring fab and established audit process prior to resources going on contract.

Used leadership and staffing skills to secure a critical contractor to Intel hire where the individual had crucial skills needed to support the factory.

Negotiated a discounted rate with supplier that enabled the factory to keep all contracted heads when the supplier was up for reduction. This was a Win-Win for both the supplier and Intel, enabling the site to maintain experienced resources. Resulted in a 500K cost savings for Intel.

Directed corporate service groups across sites in the U.S., Europe and Israel, to restructure the Supplier Service Report Card; resulting in a process change and the implementation of a closed loop system on supplier feedback. Received a Corporate Divisional Recognition for driving and implementing this system improvement.

Inventory Control/Training Lead, 1987 -1997

Responsible for the Cycle Count process and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy for all spares in storerooms and warehouse, along with all silicon stored on site.

Developed training documentation for Cycle Count, Receiving and Store processes; trained and certified ~50 employees to these processes.

Presented monthly Cycle Count Financial report outs to Finance and Materials Management.
