A key member of the executive management and senior leadership team, responsible for the overall direction of Administration Operations and Facilities Departments supporting 10 local operating companies in the southeast and mid- Atlantic regions.

Oversee team responsible for site selection, space plan design, lease negotiation, retail and commercial lease portfolio management, office/building construction, project management and maintenance for over 200 sales offices located within retail/shopping centers, class A office complexes, as well as 10 administrative operations and regional headquarters locations based in commercial office buildings.
