MANAGEMENT
My management style comes from a background in healthcare. Having managed patient’s healthcare and injury status for 16 years, I come from a perspective that includes assessment of staff’s knowledge, understanding, and grasp of company policies and initiatives. Once I know where a person stands in their performance to job expectations, I can aid in coaching that person to reach higher and improve.

COMMUNICATION
I was directly involved with providing staff instruction through webinars, conference calls, or leading clinic meetings. I make it an effort to know my audience, and I strive to keep to a clear and concise message to drive new initiatives, improve performance, and develop and train staff. Building relationships, developing trust, and explaining “the why” optimizes staff cooperation and team effort.
LEADERSHIP
I am a successful leader who understands the element of trust. Creating a positive work environment where staff feel supported maximizes their willingness to work hard and improve productivity and efficiency. I also developed the future leaders of the team through training and delegation of tasks and activities, while offering supervision, constructive feedback, and reference resources.
