Objective

Looking for an Administrative or Logistics position where I can use my handiness and knowledge in an office environment and/or material resource planning and negotiating supplier contacts to orchestrate smooth supply chain procedures.

Logistics

Quote cost comparisons, daily and weekly time keeping via database tracking of labor hours and inventory. Process purchase orders/contracts, billing, invoices, packing slips, stock transfer costs and job closings. Procure materials which include metals, tooling, robotics hardware and software, confirm pricing and supplies.

Skills

Possess in depth knowledge of company supply systems operation, terminology, procedures, and typical automated supply systems operation. Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. Have an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced.

Possess analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.

Management

Interact with customers and sales associates, along with employees, managers and supervisors on an as needed basis. Perform on the job training for various employees of varying levels to include: database training, job tracking, routings set up, packing slips, materials and inventory. Manage the shipping and receiving department and responsible for all aspects to include: shipping parts to customers and outside vendors, receiving customer and vendor parts and then receiving them to their perspective jobs in the database and warehouse. Also was in charge of Quality Control.

Enter data into multiple databases, conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to supply

transactions and patterns.

Assist hand receipt holders in preparing lost/damaged statements for lost, destroyed or damaged property

and discuss problems with hand receipt holders for clarification and settlements of discrepancies.

Ship parts to and from vendors

Update databases, retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of customers.

Track and set up customer contracts

Track labor hours and run reports

Execute procedures for receipt, storage, issue and document control of accountable supplies and equipment.

Participate in inventories.

Investigate and reconcile discrepancies and reports.
