Client: Security Service Federal Credit Union Jun 2013 – Sep 2014

Project Title: Customer Identity Verification Location: San Antonio,TX

Role: QA lead

Description:

Customer Identification needs to be performed whenever a new member is having financial relationship. This project is to replace the existing non-IT supported system with the new IT supported system so that the business users can be productive and easy to follow the business rules.

Responsibilities:

•Followed the Scrum methodology to execute the project.

•Worked with Business Analysts to define testing requirements (acceptance criteria) to satisfy the business objectives.

•Analyzed the Stories and prepared Test Plans,Test Cases and User release notes.

•Created Test Cases in Quality Center and mapped to the corresponding Stories.

Description:

This project is to reduce the fraudulent losses which occur whenever customer does a funds transfer to the external accounts. We tested funds transfer application through web, mobile and speech. Validated the alerts which have been triggered on the fraudulent accounts. We tested interaction of the systems with the vendor tool with the mocked up data to get the owner of the account is fraudulent or not.

Responsibilities:

•Participated in the Requirements and Planning Phase to review the project requirements.

•Developed Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements and the business documents.
