Business Process Analyst: Lockheed Martin Washington, DC 2003-2016

Serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst on the Lockheed Martin Information Technology NISC contract, (Washington, DC), facilitate interviews with end users to capture user requirements, business processes rules and identify system requirements.

Provide support for its ASKME project. Act as liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team to ensure understanding and definition of requirements gathered.

Participate in reverse engineering activities of existing systems to derive systems requirements and analyze functionality and structure.

Facilitate JAD sessions with project stakeholders for defining business requirements for various system redesigns.

Develop use cases/scenarios for testing purposes and participate in testing current systems to benchmark against newly redesigned systems.

Utilize UML and RUP methodologies to develop use cases and to assign responsibilities and task during development.
