Responsible for providing support to the HR Partner in implementing and monitoring HR-related projects and activities of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

Assists in providing the line with required manpower to ensure continuity of business operations.

Provide timely information and feedback to SBU HR Partners through submission of required periodic reports and key performance indicators

Assist the HR Partner in implementing SBU-specific programs, projects and activities

Facilitate prompt resolution of HR issues of members of the SBU

Facilitate and work with the leaders and HRPs on the prompt resolution of employee disciplinary actions, in compliance with case management procedures

Monitor compliance of line leaders in the annual implementation of CBS/PMS.

Monitors training programs attended internally and externally by the SBU as well as the training hours consumed by each SBU team member

Submits employee records to PIS to ensure that the 201 files are updated

Assists the line leader and HRP in ensuring that the job descriptions are updated

Oversees proper implementation of SBU TOD’s in accordance with the SBU’s policies and procedures.

Coordinates and ensures that all employee benefits accorded are properly utilized.

Arrange for the conduct compensation and benefits survey to SBU as the need arises.

Responsible for job leveling based on current job descriptions and job analysis of the SBU.

Coordinates with the SBU for the maintenance and update all current job descriptions for the whole Unit.
