In process Inspection and Process Improvement-

General:

●Stage wise in process inspection as per CGIS,IO criteria & maintain the daily records

Overall responsibility of In-Process Inspection when run the Line.

Working knowledge of TS 16949,SPC,MSA,PPAP,Product & Process audit, Layout inspection, handling Customer complaints, In-process Inward Inspection & Final Inspection.

Take corrective action on customer complaints & sending corrective action plan in 8 D format.

To plan & execute customer complaints resolution process by co-ordinating concern department.

Daily Process parameter audit, Product audit report & Poka-Yoke audit.

Monitor top 5 defects in IHR and action of own to reduce it with the help of Production Engineer.

Training given to Operator about Defects, Customer complaint communication & Display SOP & WI & Q alert for Improve the skill level.

To initiate actions on customer complaint & insure the closure.

Monitoring the ultrasonic Test (for weld spot checking) station wise for every job & update report.

Conducting audits for process improvements-process audit, Manufacturing audit, layout inspection.

Preparing all Quality Documents & working in quality system.

Maintain Calibration of Gauges, Instruments, Guns, M/c as per plan.

Knowledge of final inspection & defect trends, Dock Audit, Customer Complaint Review.

Reduce the cost of Poor Quality & customer complaint by reducing the rework & rejection through Kaizen & Poka-yoke.

New Model Projects:

●Prepared stage wise demo sub assembly & demo Chassis for new models.

●Improving and modifying the tools and fixtures with the help of tool room.
