As an SMT Cadet Process Engineer i review, assigned and create SMT placement program based on Manufacturing BOM. Optimization of created program to achieve goals, quality, efficiency and productivity.
Conduct DOE for specific process at SMT to ensure all parameter that are measurable was validate thru DOE conducted.
Was able to conduct DMAIC six sigma project for top priority problem encountered in SMT process.
Monitor the operation of equipment to ensure that assemblies are built to print and in compliance with applicable workmanship standards.
