Formulation of HR policies and procedure

oAssists The HR Manager in defining employment policies in accordance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and inclusion of other policies to ensure compliance with all business regulations on global and/or international perspective.

Setting up of HR Program and System for

oRecruitment and Selection

Assist the HR Manager in providing qualified manpower in accordance with the personnel requisition and ramp plan.

Establishes network with schools, universities, government placement agencies, and other socio-civic job placement groups, for sourcing of potential candidates.
