SUMMARY I have been running and supervising Flexographic presses for 30 + years, which
includes over 10 years as shift supervisor, and Production manager.
I have printed and supervised printing labels in the Napa Wine industry, the
medical field, food industry and most other areas imaginable. I have experience
in Pressure sensitive, flexible packaging and food containers, using water based,
soy based and UV inks. I have worked for award winning companies, printed
award winning products, and designed products on the food container market.

aspects of operation of the press and maintaining top quality of the product to
customer specs.

3rd shift supervisor
Have the responsibility of leading 6 other employees on 3rd shift and making sure
1st shift was running smooth before the plant manager arrived in the mornings.
Duties included operating 16”, 20 station, waterless offset press leading other
employees on their presses, mixing inks, making plates, burning and building
rotary screens, solving all press related issues, QC product and sign off all jobs for
3rd shift and beginning of 1st shift.
Presses ran;
16” Sanjo waterless offset (10 print heads, 6 hot stamp/emboss units, rotary
screen, 3 flexo heads, and 1 mag die station)
11” Sanjo waterless offset (8 print heads, 5 hot stamp/emboss units, 2 Rotary
screens, 2 flexo heads, 1 rotary die unit)
11” Sanjo Waterless offset (8 print heads, 4 Hot stamp/emboss units,3 Flexo
heads and 1 rotary die station)
