Implemented a moving display using 8051 microcontroller and a LCD as the major component. A pre-programmed IC was developed which displayed the data on the LCD.The data could be changed by making changes to the program. The project implemented by us is in high demand in today’s culture.
It finds application in displaying notice in Railway stations, Airport, Digital equipment, showing channel numbers in Television, display in Handset wireless telephones and etc.
The use of microcontroller reduces the size and complexity of the model and makes the use of it much more hassle-free.
