WORK EXPERIENCE

Welder

UTLX Manufacturing- Houston, Tx- February 2015 to June 2016 Weld mostly on carbon steel tanks and some occasional stainless tanks using Flux Cored Welding(FCAW). Weld pads, bolsters, re-pads, anchors, spacers, brackets, and head shoe onto the tank car. Stand on top of the tank and rotate the tank to place Fillet welds and Groove welds with 2 or more caps on the weld. Also, place welds on the tank while standing on ladders. Repair any disconformities or leaks in the weld that are marked by the QC inspector. Follow all safety rules and wear PPE. Welder

Amerimex Motors & Controls- Houston, TX- June 2013 to February 2015

Weld carbon steel and stainless steel blowers and intakes using GMAW (mig). Inspect the quality of the welds. Repair and re-assemble used products using grinders, cutting disks, plasma cutter, and other hand tools.
