(1996-2014): Collection Development Specialist responsible for the accession, editing and dupe-checking of library related and agency contract material for entry into the NCJRS document data base. Responsible for maintaining, updating and delivering the NCJRS Library Services WAL to over 9,000 subscribers. With an active National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) public trust clearance support is provided to Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) peer review and aid support to agency personnel and library/information science expertise.

(1992-1996): Technical Service Clerk on the NCJRS contract responsible for indexing materials for the FBI-AFTE journal project. Compiled bibliographic information on new database materials for both the weekly and monthly accessions lists. Prepared a monthly budget for abstractors' utilizing Lotus. Reorganized newsletter handling procedures for the claim database. And performed quality control measures on title strips for a microfiche project.

(1988-1992): Library Clerk at NOAA where responsibilities included preparing reference information and tracking the circulation of outgoing NOAA materials. Routed newsletters to designated NOAA professionals. Assisted with implementation of bar-coding system for collection management and provided assistance in the NOAA Library.

(1988): While a Library Clerk at HUD, obtained knowledge of the HUD library operation procedures. Distributed HUD applications to the general public based on user criteria and assisted them. Assisted the general public with applications and shelved materials and related document materials in the HUD library.

(1986-1988): Data Entry Key Account Specialist responsible for updating, editing and maintaining the data base system of key accounts consisting of hospitals, government agencies, universities and public libraries.

(1986-1987): Supervised five Data Entry staff responsible for the accuracy of the information imputed in the data base system. Monitored work flow and quantity for the staff.

(1980-1986): Began employment as pre-mail sorter responsible for sorting and the delivery of office mail and performing general office duties. After one year become Data Entry Specialist responsible for imputing information into the data base. Four years later advanced three levels to Data Entry Group Leader responsible for imputing information into the data base and training.
