Verify information on renewal application is correct, review fees and temporary receipt number(s) are correct, applicant is not on delinquent list, all questions on the application have been answered correctly and approve the renewal applications to print the license. Process state fees and surcharges for original and renewal beer and liquor applications. Receive renewal beer applications with Temporary Receipt (TR) copies and update Versa Regulation 5.0 system with valid date and fee information. Assign money in Versa Regulation 5.0 system for liquor applications paid by check (money is allocated by cash office). Work involves data entry and administrative support for the Austin Regional Team requiring a high level of accuracy. Review and data enter original beer and liquor applications into the Versa Regulation 5.0 system from images in Neubus system. Data entry involves reviewing complex documents for location, and name standards utilizing highly complex database relationships for a variety of multi-level, business entities, and their ownership. Evaluate and approve original applications prior to printing the license or permit. Procedure involves evaluation of information to be printed onto the permit or license, location, mailing addresses, entity owner names, fee and TR information, adding surety bonds, performance bond information, verifying dates, and permit numbers assigned by Versa Regulation 5.0 system.
