January 2017

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a seasoned executive currently working in Shanghai, China and am looking to slowly transition back to the Bay Area. Prior to China, I was a financial executive working in the Silicon Valley.

Having worked in both China and U.S, I bring to the table a breadth of experience, versatility, and insight. My strength are in operations, people management, business development and have P&L responsibility. I enjoy variety, people interaction and a fast pace environment that foster empowerment.

In my current position as China General Manager at Alexander Mann Solutions, a global talent acquisition and management firm, I am in-charge of the sourcing center operations, business development, people and change management. I acted as the bridge from east to west. My accomplishments include localizing employee benefits, driving efficiency and bringing the local operation to global standard. Helped the company transition from a head hunting firm to a recruitment process outsourcing company and lead the China business grew from a 20 staff operation to 80 staff operation.

I am interested in opportunities in sales operations, HR operations, general management, and am open to positions that can see value in my cross-cultural background. I have enclosed my resume for your consideration. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience to discuss my background.

Sincerely,

Linnet Kwok
