Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to discuss and explain the claims processes with veteran’s, surviving spouses, children and parents of veterans and assist claimants and their representatives in completing forms and answer questions or concerns

Collect and analyze the information and evidence by corresponding with claimants and their representatives, attorneys and/or any relevant third parties and interpret entitlement to VA benefit
