Work Experience;
Cornells IGA; 30+ years of meat cutting experience. I was in charge of
being able to walk into a meat shop and knowing what was expected of me and
not have to be told. I also had to train a cashier on the proper way to cut
meat according to Gene Cornell.
May of 2015 to November of 2015.
Michaels finer Meats and Seafood; Out of 120 employees I was one of 3 that
had the skill and patience for the training of individuals to cut to
restaurant specifications.
I had to leave because of safety issues. November of 2012 to November 2014.

My Bear; Meat manager after Big Bear went out of business I ran the whole
department with only a wrapper and maintained a 33% gross with only 2%
waste due to frozen meat that I had no control over. 2003 to 2006.
Cub Foods; Started out as an apprentice and quickly moved to be a team
leader in only a year. 1991 to 1993.
After my managing career at Cub Foods I went and acquired my CDL and drove
truck off and on for the better part of 12 years until my wife went back to
work. I have been cutting meat like my grandfather ever since. He owned the
Red and White grocery store in Shelby until he retired. I have been cutting
meat around Ohio my whole life and with my training at Pioneer Joint
Vocational School I'm well known.
