Project lead for data center migration of applications between global data centers. Updated inventory system to track devices down to port level. Provide onsite support to ensure project success.

Replaced the existing enterprise on call system by developing a web-based on call calendar system used by the entire Enterprise. Designed, developed, implemented, and tested web-based application integrated with Cisco Unified Call Management system (CUCM) and LDAP. Provides documentation, support, and training for tool and converting new users. Significant automation reduced outages and mishaps.

Designed network architecture and inventory tool for 100+ customers to allow port level tracking of RIS/RCC hardware in Data Centers. Automated global network management tools.

Responsible for architecting, procuring hardware, installing and cabling in test labs.

Created forecasting tool using Salesforce and CLM data. Optimized performance and created predictive analytics tool for leadership employing ETL techniques.

One of three managers brought on board in a war room environment to resolve issues with Mach/Aricent acquired tool. Shared status daily with C-level leadership on the project.

Created website to allow team to collaborate on tasks, track issues and problems, and determine status of customers and products.

Created DRE Inventory Tool as an application on the BMC Platform to leverage existing data in the BMC tool and create an inventory of the hardware used by DRE at Syniverse and global customer locations.

Worked with Program Managers (PM) to create a task scheduler application to allow DRE Operations team to plan work, automate task assignments, communicate status with PMs, and account for project status.

Sr. Technology Manager, BMC Remedy, Automation & Configuration Feb 2013 –Aug 2013

Created an internal BMC Remedy reporting tool that resolves gaps and exposures in the BMC software, fulfills requirements, and increases productivity. The tool was integrated with 6 systems to provide a single reporting/graphing dashboard. The Swift Assistant has served over 2.1M webpages since release 4 years ago.

Work with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) department to create an application on BMC platform for regulatory compliance. It allows for reporting and analytics. Take advantage of platform reporting, reusing code modules, DR, security. Includes working in Development, Testing and Production systems.

Lead architect in using BMC CMDB in conjunction with ADDM to bring asset management to Syniverse. Worked on modeling custom in house applications and increasing reachability in ADDM.

Developed and implemented a cross training program so that all technology support personnel in the US, Canada, and Europe could mutually support each other.
