Created an internal BMC Remedy reporting tool that resolves gaps and exposures in the BMC software, fulfills requirements, and increases productivity. First to create a web-based, cross-dock inventory leveling process, allowing over 500 locations internationally to view and purchase existing inventory. Developed and implemented a cross training program so that all technology support personnel in the US, Canada, and Europe could mutually support each other.
