Performed all financial analysis, accounting, production yield/efficiency analysis, flexible budgeting, capital expenditure justification, forecasting and energy usage metrics for Eastman Chemicals Manufacturing Division and Power/Services Division.
Created data collection process for downloading energy consumption from SAP and monitoring energy usage by the 4 manufacturing divisions. Also developed this tool into the source for capturing the DOE/EPA Energy Star Award.
Implemented new metrics for CMD (Chemicals Manufacturing Division) with material yield analyses, reporting of financial results, product cost analysis, accounting services, inventory management, and cash contribution.
