DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Restructuring Parenting Program, providing psychosocial groups and individual counseling. Provide clinical services; assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and groups therapy, for all required populations, in a variety of settings including; office, Indian Health Services, IHS, Hospital, Schools, Children/Adult Shelter, and the Detention Center.

The Center provided intensive inpatient treatment to voluntary and involuntary adult patients ages 18 and older utilizing an interdisciplinary therapeutics team approach. Care is centered towards addressing all aspects of wellness, in a holistic treatment approach involving interconnectedness of body, mind and emotion, spirit, social/cultural, relationship, context, and environment.
Job included administering psycho-social assessments, focusing on signs and symptoms on admission, psychiatric diagnosis, provided individual therapy, group therapy, which may include art therapy, substance abuse education, and other evidence and strength-based approaches; treatment planning, helping individuals set goals towards their treatment, meet with patients periodically to discuss their treatment progress and address any unmet need, Preceptor for new hires, supervising and evaluating PRN staff therapist, budget and management of department supplies.
