Reason for leaving: after 2 years and some change the company hired several new employees witch some were thief's 1790.00 dollars worth of tools was stolen in two months I addressed d/m and was told that company was not liable for stolen tools and that's not acceptable when I make company thousands with those tools. I was in the top 5 producers in the state of Missouri for over 2 years after that incident I lost respect for company shortly after I quit.
