•Project Managed two of the six major station redevelopments in Central London – Farringdon and Liverpool Street.
•Successfully worked with and managed all Principal Contractors and subsequent sub-contractors on both sites.
•Managed each site’s Lorry Holding Area using bespoke Crossrail software (VMBS) to control and monitor vehicle movements efficiently, achieving the ultimate goal of reducing construction related traffic in and around the busy Central London location.
•Formed close working relationships with 3 local councils, Transport for London (TfL)/ TfL Buses and the City of London Police.
•Achieved our ultimate safety goal by ensuring that all vehicles used on the project conformed to a higher standard of safety equipment. Including side and rear facing camera's and fresnel lenses.
