Business Development

Prepare adequacy cum technical verification and Feasibility review for design study & manufacturing with design knowledge and interacting with production team for various spring related products based on the RFQs from clients.

Developing Initial Samples, Ensuring on time delivery of Samples and meeting the Customer requirements of PPAP, Run at rate etc. For the new business Realized and to obtain the PSW for the samples.

Work on engineering project/task providing support to new product development and plan the work accordingly, Pro-actively interact with cross functional teams (sourcing, manufacturing etc.) to incorporate all the requirements, ensuring on time delivery with maximum quality and optimized efficiency.

Supply Chain Management & Logistics

Forecasting the Demand of the Customer, Raw Material Planning, Productions planning to ensure Sufficient Stock levels are maintained.

Using the most efficient and cost effective logistics freight forwarder to control the flow of goods from the point of origin to the customer.
