Oversee and advise on all intelligence functions as well as on the qualifications, training and mentoring of 70 Officers, Senior Enlisted and

Sailors across 3 coasts and 7 subordinate commands.

Manages all intelligence support and planning functions for 5 departments, 310 personnel and expertly managed a $2.2 million budget.

Created and implemented 30 Naval Special Warfare (NSW) wide new initiatives, 4 complete training plan revisions, 4 first-ever job

qualifications processes for the claimency and the first ever global intelligence database in NSW.

Led 40 person staff in a 300 person Joint Task Force through a globally supported sensitive national intelligence collection mission, conducted

mission planning, three full mission profile rehearsals and 6 final exercises resulting in 100% mission task success.

Senior Instructor of Navy Training, Learning Standards Officer, Organizational Development, Senior Enlisted Leader 2010-2011

Oversaw all Navy officer and enlisted intelligence training from analytical methodology to equipment, management, collection and tradecraft.

Mentored and trained four departments of 78 instructors executing 19 courses of instruction for 2,500 students annually.

Provided 1,000s of hours of instruction and instruction supervision as a Master Training Specialist to students in 19 courses across 4 commands

on 2 coasts.

Critical in development of an innovative analytic method that received a national agencies Lifetime Achievement Award and spa wned the

Pioneered the creation and implementation of a new intelligence database consisting of over 2 million cataloged intelligence and operations

reports benefitting 2,000 users worldwide.
