The project involved parametric Modelling and Detailing of Gearbox components. Creo.2.0 was used as main CAD Tool.
Work: - 3D model creation of various components of gearbox and
Manufacturing drawings for the same.
- Creation of Process Sheet for Planet Carriers.
- Applied GD&T for proper fitment between all mating parts.
- Preparation Of BOM of PLM( SAP) And Checking of BOM.
- Cost calculations of each component for price estimation.
Project: Design & model creation of various standard gearboxes as per Catalogue
Brief: Preparation of GA layouts, 3D model, Detail drawings.
Work: - P2, P3, P4 gearboxes with different arrangements such as foot mounted,
Shaft mounted, Flange mounted, with fan.
- Cost calculations of each component for price estimation.
Project: Optimization of Helical gearbox cases for cost reduction
Brief: The project involved modifications in existing case for ‘Weight reduction’.
Pro-E was used as main CAD Tool.
Work: Removal of excess wall thickness, removal of unwanted bosses.3 to 5% weight is reduced.
Project :- Design & Modelling of inline Bevel Helical planetary gearbox (P2BH-55 SPL) with PIPING.
Brief :- The project involved parametric Modelling and Detailing of Gearbox components.
Creo.2.0 was used as main CAD Tool.

part code in SAP module.
