Carpenter- form up slabs, sidewalk, walls and curb walk combos per layout.

Grade Crew- assisted in making sure that the area to be poured was on grade and prepped for concrete.

Worked with different grades and made sure once I was done everything was on desired grade per prints.

Pump truck- cleaned grease traps, septic tanks and oil water separators

Leak locator- used sound to locate underground leaks in water lines under apartment floors

Vac-truck- once vac truck arrived on site make sure everything that was needed was attached. Then

proceed to use the truck to complete job in front of me. Also used to clean and inspect lift stations.

Manhole rehabilitation- make sure when coating was applied to manholes there were no more

groundwater penetrations and coating was even

CCTV pipe inspection- learned how to utilize all parts of the CCTV drone and locate problems in pipe.

Pipe Layer- Made necessary repairs to water or sewer lines as job called for them. When repair wasnt

possible new service was installed. Replaced city of Columbus/ private hydrants and watch valves to

code. Installed new fire and domestic risers into new building. Installed new storm water containment

Operator- Ran excavator to safely and efficiently expose utility without damage to adjacent building.

Insured trench was safe for repair to be made and was done so in a timely manner. Once job was

completed and passed necessary inspections then backfilled to restore yard to pre excavation condition.

Equipment experience: Tracked excavator- 27 Yanmar; 80 new Holland; 200 Kobelco.
