OBJECTIVE:

Looking for a challenging and interesting opportunity to work as a Field operator for a reputed company

NATURE OF WORK:

To perform production operation, crude oil analysis, separating oil and water, treatment processing oil and gas water, crude oil collection from test header, crude oil diversion to test header, pump operation, flow measurement, pressure measurement, oil terminal and jetty operation.

Familiar with:

Well Testing, Well head operation, Wellhead Maintenance, Operation and maintenance of Water injection well and gas lifting wells, Operation and Maintenance Self-Flow wells, Operation of Well / Fire / ESD shutdown panel board, Fire & Gas Detection and Protection system, Well Head Centrifugal and Reciprocating Gas & Air Compressor, Filter Back Wash, Different Type of Centrifugal and Reciprocating Pumps, High Pressure Water Injection Pump, Power Fluid Pump. Gas Engine, Gas Turbine, Hot Oil System, Fractionation Column, Lube Oil System, Condenser, Heat Exchanger & Radiator Coolers, Filters, Re-boilers, Dryers, Oxygen Analyzer, Moisture Analyzer, Control Valve, BDV,SDV,PSV, etc. Pressure / Temperature / Level / Flow Switches, Tran’s miter.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIE:

Checked process parameters and taken correct measures in crude oil separation in abnormal condition by LP separator, test separator, HP separator, Vapor recovery unit, Gas sweetening unit, Gas dehydration Unit, Oil proving, Crude oil exporting, Gas injection, Water injection, Gas Turbine generator etc.

Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Ensure that all production assets are operated in a safe and efficient manner, in line with agreed plant operating philosophies, and in line with current Production Procedures and practices.

Report to Production Supervisor on daily activities and work progress.

Safe work permit system and job hazard analysis.

Co-ordination with panel operator, shift engineers,shift-in charge,support services and other relevant department.

Good housekeeping practice.

Monitor tank parameters like level, temperature, pressure, flow etc. and maintain of sheets-checklists

Carry out all functions like water drain from tanks, product sampling, and Tank preparation for inspection, products blending..

Equipment’s positive isolation, venting and purging for maintenance activities.

Periodic inspection of LEL meter, O2 meter, H2S meter.

FIRE &SAFETY:

Carrying out every maintenance activities as per safe WORK PERMIT SYSTEM.

Received Fire & Safety Training in MPT RAJASTHAN and also attending Refreshers course every month.

Well Head Experience;

Well head X-mas Tree Gate Valve, Swab/Crown, Upper Master, Lower Master, Wing Valves opening and closing Operations, Surface Safety Valve, SSV / Shut Down Valve, Well Testing.

Monitoring through test separators, well versed in operations of adjustable and variable choke and choke housing, Choke manifold-upstream, bypass, Positive Choke Valve and down changing of Valves.

Monitoring Gas and Oil flow, Monitoring all the parameters of the test separators and platform start up and shut down procedures of the well in the emergency circumstances,

Gas Pressure controller, changing of orifice plates.

Operations involved in the Artificial Lift such as Gas Lift and water Injection systems. Knowing all the safety procedures and precautions carried out in the offshore platform on ESD, FSD and SDV systems.

Operation of High Pressure Gas Injection systems, high pressure gas injection wells, Operations of Artificial Gas Lift Wells (Intermittent and Continuous Lift). Operations of Gas lift compressors, casing Depressing, Water Lift Manifolds, and water lift pumps.

Extra equipments: Hoist, air pump, Wildon pump, sea water pump, fire water pump, fire extinguishers, life jackets.

Operated upper and lower Master Values, SSV, SSSV, wing values, submersible pumps, opening and closing and panel board etc.

Responsible for changing flow line choke by taking FTHP and STHP reading.

Operation Of Pigging (Receiving And Launching) In All Gas, Oil and Water Pipelines. Using Foam Pig, Intelligent Pig, semi-intelligent, Mechanical Pig with Brush, Chemical Pig etc.

Operation & control of wells through different headers for optimum production, oil manifolds, oil & gas/on line pigging operations.

Condition of well is observed using FTHP by gauge on ‘x’mas tree

Checking of main gas injection line pressure on annulus.

Function of SSV and SSSV is checked through panel board.

corrective action is take down during shut down

To inject high pressure treated water to the oil reservoir for maintains the well pressure pump operation – centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressor operation.
